[Feasting, fishing, hunting, attacking and war-patterned teapot—a complete replica of a famous artist]
Warring States Period Banquet, Fishing, Hunting and Attack War Pattern Ewer is a bronze ewer from the Warring States Period and is now in the collection of the Palace Museum in Beijing. This piece of work was reproduced by the provincial master. The pot has a wide mouth, sloping shoulders, a bulging belly, short round feet, and two animal heads on the shoulders with ringed ears. The pattern is arranged in sections from the mouth to the circle foot. Taking the double pavilion as the center and the front and back midline as the boundary, it is divided into two parts, forming a completely symmetrical and identical picture. From the bottom of the mouth to the foot of the circle, it is divided into four areas by five oblique moiré bands. The pots with patterns of feasting, fishing, hunting, attacking, and war are rich in decoration and lifelike, reproducing some scenes of ancient social life!
